Check-In

We are excited to have you here!

To start your journey, please visit the Front Desk to complete the pre-registration process and receive your Waterpark wristbands, which will be available as early as 11AM. Feel free to check in your luggage with our bell-staff while you wait for your room! When you have received the text message, letting you know your room is ready, you can request for the luggage to be brought directly to your room! Please text us with your luggage tag number and the last name on your reservation!

At check-in, a valid physical ID and credit/debit card must be presented to the Front Desk. Please be aware that all credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee, while debit card transactions will not have any fees applied.

Upon arrival, please confirm your cell phone number and email address at the hotel desk. You will receive a text message and an email with various options to enhance your stay, so be sure to reserve any that interest you!

We will authorize the balance on your reservation (if applicable) plus a $150 per night hold for incidentals on the card presented. Please note that guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Any upgrades you choose to purchase will be charged at that time.

Hotel check-in begins at 4PM and a text message will be sent to indicate that your room is ready! Checkout is automatic at 11AM. Drop your keys at the Front Desk and a copy of your bill will be sent via email.

Don’t forget to take advantage of our meal packages! When you enjoy breakfast or dinner on the property, you’ll receive an arcade gift. These packages must be reserved, prior to check-in.

Please note that we are a non-smoking and non-vaping resort. A fee of $250 will be enforced for any smoking violations.
There is no cooking in the room, no open flames inside the room, no candle lighting in the rooms. There is a fine of $5,000 US dollars if the fire alarm is triggered.

Housekeeping service will automatically be completed on the third day of the stay. To request additional Housekeeping amenities or to relay any maintenance requests, please text us!

We believe that everyone deserves a welcoming environment, so unkind behavior simply doesn’t fit into our community. We also have a noise policy in place, just like any enjoyable resort.
