for Mid-Week Groups

  • Mid-week is the perfect time to bring a group or event to the Kartrite Resort, Catskills. So much so, that we are offering 15% commission for all mid-week (Sunday-Thursday) groups that take place now through December 30, 2026. Blackout dates apply for holidays.
  • Must opt in before finalizing contract.

Groups Ride Free

  • Book your next group meeting at the Kartrite and ride free! Don't worry about how your coming and going, we will take care of that for you. Groups who book their stay during mid-week can take advantage of this amazing opportunity. Let the Kartrite cover the cost of your bus transportation.

  • Special Details: Must pick up and drop off within a 120 mile radius.  Bus holds up to 56 passengers. 50 room peak nights required per bus.  This offer is available for new reservations only and cannot be combined with any other offer, special or package. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. All other taxes and fees apply. Terms subject to change. Management reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter this promotion at any time.

  • This offer to is available for groups and events booked now through December 31, 2026. Overnight groups must have a minimum of 50 room nights and will receive allocation for one person per room night. For example, if 100 room nights are booked, we will include teambuilding for 100 people. Catering Day Events of $10,000 or more will receive a teambuilding program for up to 100 people.
  • Mid-week includes Monday-Thursday dates.
  • Must opt in before finalizing contract.
