No. Cooking appliances and equipment such as crockpots, grills, and flat-top cooking devices are not permitted in guest suites or elsewhere on resort property. Guests may bring outside food and beverages for consumption inside their suite, but outside food is not permitted in resort amenity or concession areas.
Bell staff can assist with luggage during designated service hours. The resort does not currently provide valet parking, and luggage assistance may not be available late in the evening.
Pack ’n Plays may be reserved for an additional fee and are available in limited quantities. Guests who need one should request it when booking rather than waiting until arrival.
The nightly resort fee covers a selection of resort amenities that may include wireless internet, waterpark towels for hotel guests, in-room coffee, parking, electric vehicle charging, self-service laundry facilities, hiking-trail access, children’s life jackets, movie nights, and select daily activities. The current resort fee and included benefits should be verified when booking.
Early check-in and late check-out may be offered for an additional charge when availability permits. Because availability can change daily, guests should contact the resort directly to ask about options for their stay.
Date changes may be allowed under the terms of the reservation, but the room rate and suite availability may change for the new dates. Prepaid, promotional, package, or nonrefundable reservations may have separate restrictions.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan. Under the standard policy, reservations canceled before the stated cancellation deadline may qualify for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after that deadline, as well as certain prepaid promotions and packages, may be nonrefundable. Guests should follow the specific policy displayed with their reservation.
Yes. Standard reservations generally require payment of the first night’s room rate, applicable taxes, and resort fee at the time of booking. Certain promotional or nonrefundable rates may require full prepayment, so guests should review the rate details before completing their reservation.
Yes. A credit card is required to secure a reservation. The resort generally collects the required deposit at booking and authorizes an additional amount for incidental expenses at check-in. Exact payment and deposit terms depend on the selected rate plan.
Yes. The registered guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID when checking in. The credit card associated with the reservation may also be required.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve or check into a suite. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
Additional passes may be purchased up to the maximum occupancy permitted for the reserved suite. Current pricing and availability should be confirmed during booking because rates and admission policies may change.
Select room rates include four indoor waterpark passes that can be used on the full day of check-in and the full day of check-out, provided the waterpark is open. The Room Only Rate Plan does not include waterpark admission, so guests should carefully review the rate details before booking.
Eligible overnight guests may generally continue using the waterpark on their departure date after checking out. However, waterpark access is unavailable when the park is closed, and Room Only rate plans do not include admission.
Guests with a rate plan that includes waterpark admission may generally begin using the waterpark at its opening time on their arrival date, even though suite check-in begins later. We recommend confirming the waterpark’s schedule for your arrival date before traveling.
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and standard check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Eligible guests may use resort amenities and the waterpark before their suite is ready and after checking out, subject to the resort and waterpark operating schedule.

Yes. In addition to junior suites, we offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom accommodations suitable for larger families and groups. Certain three-bedroom layouts can accommodate up to 12 guests, while maximum occupancy varies among individual suite types.
The Kartrite has 324 guest suites. Our accommodations include several layouts intended to give families and groups more room than a standard hotel room.
We offer a collection of junior suites, family-focused suite configurations, two-bedroom suites, and three-bedroom suites. Options include layouts designed for couples, families, extended families, and larger groups, with maximum occupancy varying by suite type.
