Delicious Doesn’t Begin to Describe It

Dining at The Kartrite is built around the way resort days actually unfold: breakfast before the fun starts, coffee when you need it, casual bites between activities, sweets for the walk back to your suite, and a proper drink when the day slows down. Start at Eat. Eat. Eat., sit down for dinner at Bixby’s Derby, grab waterpark-friendly favorites at Surfside Grille, or stop by The Highline for coffee and pastries. For treats, Pop’s Sweet Shoppe has candy, ice cream, and kid-approved favorites, while Harvey’s Wallbanger and Bar Mez serve cocktails, craft beers, and easygoing Catskills nightlife. Dining options are seasonal and open by meal period, so be sure to check current hours during your stay. The Kartrite is a cashless resort.

Bixby’s

The restaurant where you walk in and everything just works. A little bit funky. A little bit interesting. And a lot of really, really good food. Simply put and perfect. Bixby’s is: Real. Good. Food.
