Bixby’s Derby serves real good food with warm service, smart drinks, and familiar favorites.

At Bixby’s, the menu gives you a proper sit-down dinner without leaving the resort. Start with shareable favorites, then settle into seafood, roasted chicken, pasta, and other dinner staples with a little Bixby’s personality. Planning a larger dinner? Bixby’s also offers a prix fixe menu for groups.

Private Dining & Group Reservations

Planning a meal with a larger party? Reservations are required for groups of 8 to 12 guests. Parties of more than 12 guests must submit a reservation request at least 72 hours in advance and will be served from a limited menu.
