The beachside grill you remember … only better.

Surfside Grille keeps waterpark dining easy: hot-off-the-grill favorites, poolside chips and guac, fresh salads and healthy summer sandwiches. Brooklyn-style pizza and amazing burrito bowls. And ice-cold drinks, of course. And that’s all without changing out of your bathing suit. Located inside The Kartrite’s indoor waterpark, it brings a beachside boardwalk feel to the Catskills, with simple, satisfying meals made for refueling between slides, lazy river laps, and poolside downtime.

Surfside Grille serves up classic pool-day favorites like fries, chicken tenders, burgers, hot dogs, pizza by the slice, and shareable 16-inch pies, plus lighter options including garden salad, Caesar salad, buffalo chicken salad, and hummus with veggies and chips.
