A broken wristband may be replaced when it is presented to the front desk. A lost wristband is subject to a replacement fee, so guests should keep their wristbands secure throughout their visit.
Yes. Children age 16 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the waterpark. Parents and guardians should actively supervise children at all times, even though certified lifeguards are present.
Because the waterpark is indoors, it can operate in many weather conditions. However, selected attractions may temporarily close when thunderstorms or other safety concerns are detected within the surrounding area.
Yes. Private deluxe cabanas are available for guests seeking a reserved space inside the waterpark. Cabana availability, features, pricing, and policies vary, and food-and-beverage service is not guaranteed unless specifically included in the reservation.
No. Balloons are not allowed anywhere inside the waterpark, including private cabanas, for guest safety.
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the indoor waterpark. Food and drinks can be purchased from the waterpark’s available dining outlets during operating hours.
Yes. Waterpark lockers are available in multiple sizes for an additional fee and can be rented with a credit card. Prices and availability may change, so guests should confirm current locker details when they arrive.
Waterpark towels are provided for registered hotel guests as part of the resort experience. Towels are not currently provided at the towel desk for day-pass guests, who may bring their own towel or purchase one from the resort’s retail shop.
Yes. Children’s life jackets are available for waterpark guests. Guests should use the appropriate size and follow all posted lifeguard and attraction instructions.
Waterpark operating days and hours vary throughout the year, including expanded schedules during certain summer and holiday periods. Guests should check the current waterpark page and resort calendar shortly before visiting rather than relying on previously published hours.
Children ages two and younger receive complimentary waterpark admission with the purchase of an eligible Splash Pass and do not require their own wristband. Children age three and older require admission.
Day Splash Passes are currently nonrefundable, nontransferable, and valid only for the date selected at purchase. Guests should review the full terms before completing their order.
A Splash Pass is our indoor waterpark day pass. It provides admission to the waterpark on the selected date during the applicable admission period, subject to availability, operating hours, and pass terms.
Yes. Our Splash Pass provides day access to the indoor waterpark without requiring an overnight stay. Splash Passes are sold online, are valid for the selected date, and are subject to availability and the posted terms and conditions.
Yes. Several slides and attractions have minimum height and passenger requirements. For example, The Krakken, Jiggerty-Jaggerty, Endless Summer FlowRider, and Time Warp currently require riders to be at least 42 inches tall, while the Nor’Easter requires riders to be at least 48 inches tall. Requirements should always be reviewed before riding.
Yes. Our Endless Summer FlowRider creates a continuous wave for bodyboarding and surfing-style waterpark fun. A minimum height requirement applies, and private FlowRider sessions may also be available.
We have Empire Bay, which is described as an adventure river rather than a traditional slow-moving lazy river. Guests can float through a landscaped waterpark setting while taking a break from the larger slides.
Yes. Puddle Ducks is a shallow lagoon with slides and water features designed for younger children. Kartrite Island also offers more than 100 water-play features and a large dump bucket for interactive family fun.

The Kartrite identifies its approximately 80,000-square-foot waterpark as New York’s largest indoor waterpark. It is a climate-controlled, year-round attraction in the Sullivan Catskills.
