New reservations can currently be made by calling our reservations team at 844-527-8748. Guests with questions about an existing reservation can use the contact options listed on our website, including the resort’s text service and contact form. 

We consider support requests from nonprofit organizations, public schools, sports teams, and other eligible community groups. Requests must be submitted through our online donation form at least 30 days before the event; emailed and telephone requests are not reviewed. 

Guests can submit a lost-item report through the resort’s designated online lost-and-found service. We will contact you when an item matching the description is located, but the resort cannot assume responsibility for items lost or left behind. 

Yes. On-site parking is available for resort guests and is included among the benefits of the nightly resort fee. Day-pass purchases may be subject to a separate parking charge. 

Yes. The resort currently has two ATMs: one in the main lobby and another on the first floor. 

We do not recommend sending packages to the resort because we cannot guarantee their delivery timing or accept responsibility for delayed, missing, or incorrectly delivered items. 

No. Firearms and other weapons are not permitted on resort property, including guest areas, the indoor waterpark, and the surrounding resort grounds. 

No. Open-flame candles are not permitted in guest suites, indoor resort spaces, or on resort grounds, including for religious observances. Guests planning an event or observance should contact the resort to discuss permitted flameless alternatives. 

Our quiet hours are currently from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests experiencing excessive noise during those hours may contact the front desk or resort security for assistance. 

The resort currently has a limited number of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who need guaranteed mobility equipment should make their own arrangements in advance. 

Yes. Wheelchairs and strollers are permitted inside the resort. Skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, scooters, rollerblades, hoverboards, and similar wheeled recreational devices are not permitted indoors. 

We provide accessible resort and accommodation features, and wheelchairs may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests with specific mobility, accommodation, or waterpark accessibility needs should contact us before arrival so we can discuss the most suitable options. 

You can submit an event request through our online request-for-proposal form or contact our event-planning team. We will use information such as your preferred dates, group size, accommodation needs, event type, catering requirements, and requested activities to prepare recommendations. 

Group rates may be available based on dates, availability, room requirements, and the details of the event. A group contract and a minimum room commitment may be required. Guests should contact the sales team for a customized proposal. 

Yes. Our multi-bedroom suites, restaurants, waterpark, indoor attractions, hiking trails, and flexible gathering spaces make the resort suitable for multigenerational family reunions and overnight group stays. 

Yes. We host birthday celebrations and can combine event space with dining, waterpark admission, accommodations, arcade activities, or other resort experiences based on the selected package and availability. 

Yes. Our wedding team offers catering options for wedding-related occasions, including rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, receptions, and post-wedding breakfasts. Menu selections and service details are customized through the event-planning process. 

Yes. We host Catskills weddings using indoor and outdoor venues, guest accommodations, catering, rehearsal-dinner options, reception spaces, and day-after dining experiences. 

Yes. With 324 suites and larger multi-bedroom accommodations, we can host overnight attendees for meetings, weddings, reunions, and other events at the same resort where the gathering takes place. 

Yes. Private waterpark rentals may be available for corporate retreats, reunions, celebrations, and other qualifying group events. A private rental provides exclusive access to the climate-controlled waterpark and its attractions during the contracted period. 

Yes. We provide team-building opportunities designed to help participants collaborate and build stronger working relationships. Depending on the group, programs may incorporate resort attractions, meeting spaces, outdoor experiences, and customized activities. 

Yes. We can combine meeting facilities, accommodations, catering, team-building activities, indoor recreation, the waterpark, and Catskills surroundings to create multi-day corporate retreats and company gatherings. 

Our resort offers flexible indoor and outdoor venues, including meeting rooms, gathering spaces, a Grand Ballroom, wedding settings, dining spaces, and opportunities to incorporate resort activities into an event program. 

Yes. We host corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, weddings, family reunions, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, celebrations, and other group events using our indoor and outdoor Catskills event spaces. 

Yes. The resort is near Monster Golf Club and other Catskills golf experiences. Seasonal stay-and-play packages may be available, and transportation to selected nearby properties may operate during designated periods. 

LEGOLAND New York is approximately a 20-minute drive from The Kartrite. The theme park offers more than 50 rides and attractions designed primarily for children ages two to 12 and their families. Eligible Kartrite guests may also be able to access discounted ticket opportunities. 

Nearby Catskills experiences include hiking and parks, Delaware River trips, golf, breweries, distilleries, wineries, entertainment, shopping, and family attractions. Our local area guide can help guests explore activities beyond the resort. 

Yes. The resort offers fitness facilities for guests who want to maintain their exercise routine during their Catskills stay. Availability and access policies may vary. 

Yes. We offer five on-property trails totaling nearly six miles. Options range from the gentle Sullivan Trail to more adventurous wooded routes such as the Thompson Trail and Toboggan Trail. 

We publish scheduled activities and special events through our online calendar. Guests should review the calendar before and during their stay because some activities require advance registration and schedules can change. 

Yes. Our activity calendar may include children’s crafts, live entertainment, s’mores, storytelling, nature hikes, scavenger hunts, family game nights, movies, and seasonal special events. The schedule changes by date and season. 

Some scheduled resort activities may be included in the resort fee, but arcade games, laser tag, bowling, climbing, the ropes course, escape experiences, and other premium attractions generally require separate credits, tickets, or packages. 

Yes. Carabiners is our indoor ropes course and zipline, while Scrapeskyer is our climbing wall. Closed-toe shoes are required, and additional clothing, weight, or safety requirements may apply. 

Yes. AmazeQuest is our on-site laser tag experience, where guests can play in teams. It is one of several indoor attractions available outside the waterpark. 

Yes. Playopolis is our on-site arcade, with a variety of games that award tickets redeemable for prizes at The Vault. Game credits and attraction packages are available for purchase. 

Families can visit the Playopolis arcade, play laser tag, try mini-bowling, complete escape-room-style puzzles, experience interactive gaming, climb the Scrapeskyer wall, navigate the Carabiners ropes course and zipline, hike resort trails, attend scheduled activities, and explore nearby Catskills attractions. 

Shirts, shoes, and swimsuit cover-ups are required in the resort’s public areas. Water shoes are strongly recommended inside the waterpark but may not be appropriate for every dining venue. 

Not necessarily. Dining outlets and bars operate on individual and sometimes seasonal schedules. Guests should check the live dining pages or ask the front desk which restaurants will be open during their stay. 

Registered hotel guests may enjoy outside food and nonrestricted beverages inside their guest suite. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the waterpark, restaurants, concession areas, or other resort amenities. 

Our dining team may be able to assist with certain dietary needs, but options vary by restaurant, menu, and operating schedule. Guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements should contact us in advance and speak with the dining team before ordering. 

We offer a selection of packaged kosher products, which may include cereal, snacks, candy, and fresh Cholev Yisroel items. Additional assistance may be available with advance notice, so guests with specific dietary or kosher requirements should contact the resort before arriving. 

Reservations are recommended or required for certain restaurants and larger parties. At Harvey’s and Bixby’s, parties of eight to 12 currently need reservations. Groups larger than 12 require advance notice and may be offered a limited group menu. 

Yes. Bixby’s is one of our full-service dining options. and Harvey’s Wallbanger combines a restaurant with a classic American-style bar. Menus and operating days vary seasonally. 

Yes. Breakfast options may be available at Eat. Eat. Eat. and The Highline. Eat. Eat. Eat. offers family-oriented breakfast service on selected days, while The Highline serves coffee, pastries, and other breakfast choices. Operating schedules vary. 

Yes. Surfside Grille is located inside the waterpark and serves convenient poolside choices such as pizza, salads, wraps, snacks, and bowls. Bar Mez also offers drinks within the waterpark area when open. 

Our dining collection includes Bixby’s, Harvey’s Wallbanger, Eat. Eat. Eat., Surfside Grille, The Highline, Pop’s Sweet Shoppe, and Bar Mez. The selection includes breakfast, casual meals, full-service dining, waterpark food, coffee, sweets, cocktails, and other family-friendly options. 

A broken wristband may be replaced when it is presented to the front desk. A lost wristband is subject to a replacement fee, so guests should keep their wristbands secure throughout their visit. 

Yes. Children age 16 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the waterpark. Parents and guardians should actively supervise children at all times, even though certified lifeguards are present. 

Because the waterpark is indoors, it can operate in many weather conditions. However, selected attractions may temporarily close when thunderstorms or other safety concerns are detected within the surrounding area. 

Yes. Private deluxe cabanas are available for guests seeking a reserved space inside the waterpark. Cabana availability, features, pricing, and policies vary, and food-and-beverage service is not guaranteed unless specifically included in the reservation. 

No. Balloons are not allowed anywhere inside the waterpark, including private cabanas, for guest safety. 

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the indoor waterpark. Food and drinks can be purchased from the waterpark’s available dining outlets during operating hours. 

Yes. Waterpark lockers are available in multiple sizes for an additional fee and can be rented with a credit card. Prices and availability may change, so guests should confirm current locker details when they arrive. 

Waterpark towels are provided for registered hotel guests as part of the resort experience. Towels are not currently provided at the towel desk for day-pass guests, who may bring their own towel or purchase one from the resort’s retail shop. 

Yes. Children’s life jackets are available for waterpark guests. Guests should use the appropriate size and follow all posted lifeguard and attraction instructions. 

Waterpark operating days and hours vary throughout the year, including expanded schedules during certain summer and holiday periods. Guests should check the current waterpark page and resort calendar shortly before visiting rather than relying on previously published hours. 

Children ages two and younger receive complimentary waterpark admission with the purchase of an eligible Splash Pass and do not require their own wristband. Children age three and older require admission. 

Day Splash Passes are currently nonrefundable, nontransferable, and valid only for the date selected at purchase. Guests should review the full terms before completing their order. 

A Splash Pass is our indoor waterpark day pass. It provides admission to the waterpark on the selected date during the applicable admission period, subject to availability, operating hours, and pass terms. 

Yes. Our Splash Pass provides day access to the indoor waterpark without requiring an overnight stay. Splash Passes are sold online, are valid for the selected date, and are subject to availability and the posted terms and conditions. 

Yes. Several slides and attractions have minimum height and passenger requirements. For example, The Krakken, Jiggerty-Jaggerty, Endless Summer FlowRider, and Time Warp currently require riders to be at least 42 inches tall, while the Nor’Easter requires riders to be at least 48 inches tall. Requirements should always be reviewed before riding. 

Yes. Our Endless Summer FlowRider creates a continuous wave for bodyboarding and surfing-style waterpark fun. A minimum height requirement applies, and private FlowRider sessions may also be available. 

We have Empire Bay, which is described as an adventure river rather than a traditional slow-moving lazy river. Guests can float through a landscaped waterpark setting while taking a break from the larger slides. 

Yes. Puddle Ducks is a shallow lagoon with slides and water features designed for younger children. Kartrite Island also offers more than 100 water-play features and a large dump bucket for interactive family fun. 

Our attractions include The Krakken high-speed slide, the Nor’Easter multi-person thrill ride, Jiggerty-Jaggerty racing slides, the Endless Summer FlowRider, Time Warp, Empire Bay adventure river, Later Gator Crossing, Kartrite Island, Puddle Ducks, Cannon-Ballers, and Affinity Springs. 

The Kartrite identifies its approximately 80,000-square-foot waterpark as New York’s largest indoor waterpark. It is a climate-controlled, year-round attraction in the Sullivan Catskills. 

Our indoor waterpark spans approximately 80,000 square feet and includes slides, water attractions, splash areas, an adventure river, surfing, and spaces for both high-energy play and relaxation. 

No. Cooking appliances and equipment such as crockpots, grills, and flat-top cooking devices are not permitted in guest suites or elsewhere on resort property. Guests may bring outside food and beverages for consumption inside their suite, but outside food is not permitted in resort amenity or concession areas. 

Bell staff can assist with luggage during designated service hours. The resort does not currently provide valet parking, and luggage assistance may not be available late in the evening. 

Pack ’n Plays may be reserved for an additional fee and are available in limited quantities. Guests who need one should request it when booking rather than waiting until arrival. 

The nightly resort fee covers a selection of resort amenities that may include wireless internet, waterpark towels for hotel guests, in-room coffee, parking, electric vehicle charging, self-service laundry facilities, hiking-trail access, children’s life jackets, movie nights, and select daily activities. The current resort fee and included benefits should be verified when booking. 

Early check-in and late check-out may be offered for an additional charge when availability permits. Because availability can change daily, guests should contact the resort directly to ask about options for their stay. 

Date changes may be allowed under the terms of the reservation, but the room rate and suite availability may change for the new dates. Prepaid, promotional, package, or nonrefundable reservations may have separate restrictions. 

Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan. Under the standard policy, reservations canceled before the stated cancellation deadline may qualify for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after that deadline, as well as certain prepaid promotions and packages, may be nonrefundable. Guests should follow the specific policy displayed with their reservation. 

Yes. Standard reservations generally require payment of the first night’s room rate, applicable taxes, and resort fee at the time of booking. Certain promotional or nonrefundable rates may require full prepayment, so guests should review the rate details before completing their reservation. 

Yes. A credit card is required to secure a reservation. The resort generally collects the required deposit at booking and authorizes an additional amount for incidental expenses at check-in. Exact payment and deposit terms depend on the selected rate plan. 

Yes. The registered guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID when checking in. The credit card associated with the reservation may also be required. 

Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve or check into a suite. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. 

Additional passes may be purchased up to the maximum occupancy permitted for the reserved suite. Current pricing and availability should be confirmed during booking because rates and admission policies may change. 

Select room rates include four indoor waterpark passes that can be used on the full day of check-in and the full day of check-out, provided the waterpark is open. The Room Only Rate Plan does not include waterpark admission, so guests should carefully review the rate details before booking. 

Eligible overnight guests may generally continue using the waterpark on their departure date after checking out. However, waterpark access is unavailable when the park is closed, and Room Only rate plans do not include admission. 

Guests with a rate plan that includes waterpark admission may generally begin using the waterpark at its opening time on their arrival date, even though suite check-in begins later. We recommend confirming the waterpark’s schedule for your arrival date before traveling. 

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and standard check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Eligible guests may use resort amenities and the waterpark before their suite is ready and after checking out, subject to the resort and waterpark operating schedule.

Yes. In addition to junior suites, we offer two-bedroom and three-bedroom accommodations suitable for larger families and groups. Certain three-bedroom layouts can accommodate up to 12 guests, while maximum occupancy varies among individual suite types. 

The Kartrite has 324 guest suites. Our accommodations include several layouts intended to give families and groups more room than a standard hotel room. 

We offer a collection of junior suites, family-focused suite configurations, two-bedroom suites, and three-bedroom suites. Options include layouts designed for couples, families, extended families, and larger groups, with maximum occupancy varying by suite type. 

Yes. We provide a downloadable resort map to help guests locate accommodations, dining outlets, the waterpark, activities, meeting spaces, and other resort amenities. 

Yes. We currently offer four electric vehicle charging ports, including two standard chargers and two Tesla chargers. Charging is included in the resort fee and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Yes. We are a smoke-free property. Smoking is permitted only in specifically designated smoking areas and is not allowed elsewhere inside or outside the resort. 

We do not allow pets at the resort. Qualified service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable ADA requirements, but they cannot be left unattended in a guest suite and must remain with the person they assist. Unauthorized animals may result in a cleaning fee. 

Yes. We are a cashless resort and accept major credit cards and debit cards. Guests should bring an accepted card for accommodations, dining, activities, incidental expenses, and other purchases made during their visit. 

Yes. Resort guests can connect to the Kartrite Guest Wi-Fi network and accept the displayed terms to access wireless internet during their stay. Wi-Fi access is also listed among the amenities covered by the nightly resort fee.

No. Although our indoor waterpark is a central part of the resort, guests can also enjoy dining, an arcade, bowling, laser tag, climbing, a ropes course, fitness facilities, hiking trails, scheduled activities, seasonal events, and nearby Catskills attractions. 

Yes. We are designed as a family-friendly Catskills resort, with an indoor waterpark, children’s splash areas, arcade games, laser tag, mini-bowling, a ropes course, climbing, daily activities, hiking trails, family entertainment, and suite options for groups of different sizes. 

We offer year-round resort experiences and a climate-controlled indoor waterpark. However, operating days and hours can vary by season, holiday period, attraction, and resort schedule, so we recommend reviewing our current calendar and waterpark hours before planning your visit.
