For groups of approximately 50 rooms or more, The Kartrite can become your personal escape. During select weekdays, qualifying groups may have the opportunity for exclusive resort use, giving your guests the freedom to make the property feel like their own all-suite Catskills retreat. For the right dates and group size, we can open the resort around your schedule, your programming, and the experience you want to create.

While our indoor waterpark is a signature part of the experience, group stays here go well beyond slides and pools, with spacious suites, eclectic dining, flexible gathering spaces, hiking trails, and other resort activities for your entire team to enjoy. Not to mention, your conference, meeting, or team-building event will be set against the backdrop of the sprawling Catskill scenery.
Planning a midweek group stay? We can help with transportation. Eligible groups can receive covered bus transportation, making it easier for guests to arrive together, stay together, and enjoy the resort without coordinating multiple travel plans. Pickup and drop-off must be within a 120-mile radius. Bus accommodates up to 56 passengers. Requires 50 peak room nights per bus. Available for new reservations only and cannot be combined with other offers, specials, or packages. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Taxes, fees, and additional terms apply. Give your group a stay with built-in gathering time, added value, and resort fun. The Gather & Splash package includes private gathering space during set hours, one complimentary room per 20 rooms booked, late checkout for the organizer based on availability, welcome reception space, and reserved seating for group meals. Requires a minimum of 25 peak rooms and a two-night stay. Community Leader Appreciation includes a $300 resort credit after the stay or a complimentary overnight return stay, Sunday through Thursday.
